UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS and VIDEO STANDARDS

You will be uploading the following files to our secure web site:

Resume
Head Shot
Letter(s) of Recommendations
Video Audition

Once you have submitted your materials, that will be your initial screening. You should follow these basic guidelines:

1. ‣Each file you upload needs to be titled with the following format "Lastname_Firstname_Specialty (Brass, Wind, Perc, or VE)_ Document Type (Resume, Pic, Letter, Vid)
   

2. ‣Make sure you use good lighting for your video
   

3. ‣You should always be in the frame of the video particularly when demonstrating movement and acting skills
   

4. ‣Make sure that the sound of the video is of good quality and not distorted or faint
   

5. ‣Your audition video file size should not exceed 200 MB and should be in either Quicktime ( .mov) or MPEG4
   ( .mp4) format
   

6. ‣Depending on your video file size and your upload speed, this may take a fair amount of time. Please be patient and do not click out of this window until it indicates that your file has been uploaded.
